When viewers first glance at the two small tables they may just wonder when the reception will take place. A second glance will give attentive visitors a sense that something is wrong. Are these really tables? They are certainly not ordinary ones. Small Table is covered in black satin. Shining Small Table is illuminated from beneath its white cloth. The colours and the lighting create a hallowed atmosphere and elevate the tables to the status of melancholy objects.
