In 1970 Daniel Spoerri opened the Eat-Art Gallery above his own restaurant at the Burgplatz in Düsseldorf in Germany. The gallery published several collaborational works of Robert Filliou and Emmet Williams as this Spaghetti Sandwich in 1971.
