Installation of an academic chair Van Dyck
Rubenshuis, Antwerpen
The installation of a Van Dyck Chair in the Rubens House in Antwerp on March 1, 1985. The first ism proclaimed by this new art school is "indiviDUalism" and thus heralds the end of the Belgian Institute for World Affairs... a little later it mutates into a new entity "Nova Belgica" with Karel Schoetens and Jef Lambrecht still as directors... this will continue to exist for almost a year before a (first) definitive break was introduced.
