Emmett Williams

Emmet Williams was an American poet, performance artist and co-founder of the Fluxus movement. He was also president of the International Künstlermuseum in Łódź (Poland). He collaborated with Daniel Spoerri from 1957 to 1959 in the circle of Concrete Poetry in Darmstadt and in the 1960s, Williams was the European coordinator of Fluxus where he worked closely with Robert Filliou.
